Sept. 26, 2007 - Changes abound as fundraising dinner nears

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Asian Health & Service Center (AHSC) is gearing up for its Annual Fundraising Dinner, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007, at Legin Restaurant, 8001 SE Division St., Portland. The event is AHSC’s largest of the year and generally draws about 600 attendees.

Sept. 10, 2007 - Yu Miao preschool settles into new home

PORTLAND, Ore. – Yu Miao Chinese Immersion Preschool, a program of the Asian Health & Service Center (AHSC), has moved into a building at SE 52nd Avenue and Woodstock Boulevard. It is the former building of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Catholic School.

June 14, 2007 - Preschool expands to five days a week

PORTLAND, Ore. – Yu Miao Chinese Immersion Preschool, a program by the Asian Health & Service Center (AHSC) since 1999, plans to expand from three days to five days a week. The hours will also extend from its current half day to a full day.
