Women Health Club
The club, led by Mavis Leong, exercises the mind and the body while focusing on what keeps women healthy. Participants start with a workshop the first hour, then get up for tai chi the second hour. It is conducted in Cantonese and meets from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Fridays in Portland.
