Chinese Medicine Clinic

AHSC’s Chinese medicine clinic is offered through a partnership with the National College of Natural Medicine. The clinic runs from noon to 4 p.m. every Monday at the Portland office. Call (503) 872-8822 for an appointment.

Guided by Dr. Xiaoli Chen, a professor at NCNM, fourth-year students provide classic Chinese pulse, tongue diagnosis, acupuncture, herbal therapy and cupping.

Assessment
$10

Treatment
$15 for those who meet the Oregon Health Plan’s criteria or live below the poverty level.
$40 for others for the first treatment; follow-ups are $20.

With a prescription from AHSC, patients receive a 20 percent discount on Chinese herbs at Wing Ming Herbs.
